Dear Parents,
In order to keep you informed we are notifying you of an incident in which a substitute paraprofessional made inappropriate physical contact with a student during class. Mia Foster has been criminally charged and is no longer employed by the Columbia County School District.
Safety of students and staff is a top priority and we take incidents such as these extremely seriously. Inappropriate physical contact of any nature is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
